I hate that no matter what Dollar General you go in you get no cell service. You’re forced to use their internet to check out their app. Then it runs so slow you don’t even care if you get the deals by then. This dollar General for the most part stays clean and put away. Everyone seems nice. There is always help.

Store definitely needs . They are very very much understaff and it's never stocked, there's always boxes every freaking wear, and it's like they never can get it up. And they definitely should have more ethnetic hair care products. Just saying, I'm a very loyal Shopper and this is one of my main places I will go to just wish they had more products for me

The people are great but the store is almost never stocked. Maybe they should pay people better, and they could get more employees. This detergent isle has been empty for 3 weeks.

Bought a prepaid card to pay a bill and my money was not loaded.I went in the store to try to get it fixed and was told I have to call the dollar general customer service line.well I did and I now have to wait for a phone call. In the meantime I can't pay my bill. And god only knows how long or if I will be able to get my money back

Always cluttered, and can’t walk through the isles due to shelving boxes. I assume it’s because they are ALWAYS short staffed. Maybe if they had better pay and benefits they could employ workers that would stay. Same problem with the other DG near our home. The employees have always been nice there just only seems to be 2-3 employees so I can’t imagine trying to get everything done in a large store like that with just a few employees. I go different hours of different days. I’ve been here since these locations were built.

Worst dollar general I've ever been in, employees extremely rude and too busy talking, playing and flirting to do their jobs. Shelves never stocked but everything always piled in the aisles so you can't get down them. Much Rather drive further and get good service then have employees act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you.

This dollar general is literally 2 minutes from my house. I want to love it, but I just can't. The staff is nice enough, but it's always like they are SEVERELY short handed. It's a busy location and it's rare they have more than one person cashiering. I have a feeling it has more to do with dollar general's company policies than it does with anyone at the store itself. They need more help.

This DG was awful. The toy isle literally looked like a kids play room with barely any walking room let alone with a buggy. Overall its a disgusting store. 4 employees happened to be in the store that day all standing amd talking behind the counter, only 1 register open and 1 self checkout open. No excuse for such a mess. I suggest the extra 5 or so minute drive to the Woodstock DG. They were so clean and stocked.
