My 72 year old grandfather needed help with a child support card. The entire issue took less than 10 minutes for me to call the company and find out this issue, but this office couldn’t spare the time to make the phone call for him and sent him back home to handle the issue his self. “Call early in the morning , or late at night they said”. This is a large ask for a illiterate disabled elder who’s just trying to take care of his dependent grandchild. I called in prime time and it took me 30 seconds to connect to an operator . If this is public service, I’m Elon Musk. Very disappointed in this office. They should work harder to understand the system and assets they work with.

The ladies at the front especially the one in the middle are very helping and nice. The EBT ladies that I've spoken with have been great as well. Now as far as the CPS people or at least the ones I have spoken with and stuff are nice and all but I think some things that they need to get done don't get done in a timely manner. The child support staff is helpful and kind.

Can never get anyone on the phone. When i go there in person they are always on the phone sitting for extremely long periods talking about personal issues tying up the phone lines for many hours. I actually tried a phone call to see if she would put her personal call on hold to answer and guess what. She just kept talking away completely ignoring the incoming call.cant get nothing done this way.
