Customer service is top notch with Denny's. I received the incorrect item (I ordered the solid posing cubes but I received the hollow PVC ones) and Lori has has been so helpful in resolving the issue quickly and easily. She is so pleasant and down-to-Earth and I am so grateful for the amazing problem resolution and customer service. It is really a rarity these days. Kudos!

I have ordered a senior script prop for over a month now and have yet to receive it. Every time I call, this same rude lady answers the phone and tells me something different. My season is about to start and I need my product. If it is going to take 4-6 weeks you need to advertise that upfront. My order number is 8720. I will continue to call until I receive my product, or a refund. Arguing with the customer is never good customer service.

Denny’s backdrops are solid and well put together, but if you live in Canada, please know that shipping is ridiculously high. I ordered a canvas backdrop, and to begin with, I received a call that I needed to hire a broker to get the backdrop across the border. This was just under $100. Weeks after the backdrop arrived, I notice a new charge on my credit card for $193.36 US, which was almost $300 Canadian. So the final bill for shipping was almost $400 Canadian dollars. I wouldn’t have ordered the backdrop if I knew this beforehand, and although I expected to pay around a hundred for shipping, these charges are totally unacceptable. Denny needs to be fair and advise customers before the items are shipped. Very disappointed.

I think Denny is a premier house for stunning, high quality photography backdrops. As a repeat customer, I can say with confidence their products and customer service is exceptional. And for the record, I think their print catalog and online sample photos are really first-class. Beautiful models, expertly photographed.

I purchased an item on their website that was on sale. Two days later I received an email saying the price was wrong and they wanted more money. Why am I being punished for a mistake I didn't make? I really would have liked the prop, but they were asking me for $60 more dollars when I have been out of work due to shelter in place. Ridiculous.

Great customer service and high quality product. I was in a pinch and called on a Monday asking about production time and it wasn’t meeting my needs. Luckily, Bob helped me get exactly what I needed from stock and had it in hand on Wednesday. Will be ordering again!

So thankful for the blackfriday tubs. I've been wanting a clawfoot tub FOREVER!!!! I used it for the first time today and my clients were so excited with how it looked and I was as well. Very easy to clean and set up. 👌
