My tax return is typically pretty simple, but was made slightly more difficult following the company I work for being acquired by another company in a different state. Due to tax issues with the new employer being based in Missouri, and me being a remote employee in Kentucky, I was looking at a hefty amount owed to KY. Biggs was able to get everything resolved for me, get a return from both MO and KY, and did it all in less than 30 minutes. Many thanks to Jackson for taking care of us.
