Rudest service ever. Sales lady is giving rich wife looking for a fancy hobby vibes. Not sure why they say they pride themselves on their exceptional customer service when there is none

Worst experience in a very long time. If you enjoy being ignored, shop here. If you have to ask for help and you want the sales lady to be annoyed, shop here. My wife and I are currently building our forever home back in the States and having briefly visted the shop 5 months ago when I was here for work I was excited to bring my wife back. We are in the kitchen design phase with our builder. We told our architect and our interior designer about our visit and they are both waiting anxiously to see what we came up with from our visit. After entering the shop and being the only customers we were excited because we thought we'd be attended to right away and we could start taking and telling our host what our dreams were. After several minutes we were finally approached and asked if we needed anything. I replied with YES, we are currently building a home and would love to talk about a kitchen. I was informed to look around. After being brushed off we walked through the whole showroom we tried again to approach the sales lady as she was chatting with here peer in the middle level of the showroom. This is word for word how the conversation went: Me "do you have a colour palette to look at of your cabinets?" Sales lady "We do for our clients" Me "What does it take to become a client?" Sales lady "A lot of money" At this point in the conversation she turned back sound to speak with her peer and my wife jumped into the conversation: Wife "Excuse me, this kitchen right here, without the appliances, what would you estimate it would cost?" Sales lady visibly annoyed "I don't know, furniture only would be about 30k" At this point I was over her and the snobby attitude. At no point were we asked our budget (we could easily afford and have budgeted for three times the amount she quoted us) and we left. We came all the way to London to look at cabinets from 2 places, Martin Moore and Humphrey Munson. I will gladly give my money to anyone but Martin Moore.
