Rosie recently supported our company with updating all our contracts and policies, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Her expertise in HR is second to none, she is truly passionate about what she does and that’s what sets her apart from the rest. During our calls Rosie really took the time to understand how our business works and gave us several options to suit our needs. I reached out to Rosie at Thrive. for some advice whilst undergoing a redundancy process with my current employer, in which I felt I was being treated unfairly. After giving a brief walkthrough of the situation (and some initial advice) we then had a Teams call where we talked through my situation in more detail. Rosie was more helpful than I can explain - she was reassuring, professional and very measured in the advice that she gave me. During a period of uncertainty, she helped me reflect on what I wanted out of the process and then advised in the best way to go about this, whilst still remaining professional. Not only did Rosie give me an abundance of advice and information during our call, she has also been a great help afterwards, and has helped with the smallest things down to rewording and restructuring emails to ensure they’re concise and get the point across that I need to make. You feel there’s a genuine interest in what’s going on too, with lots of follow up messages of support and eagerness to receive updates on the situation as it pans out. Although I’ve received advice from colleagues that work within the HR world during this period, the help I’ve received from Rosie has by far been the most helpful as she’s taken the situation on face-value, and advised accordingly. I can’t thank her enough for the support and would recommend her to anyone that is looking for some help in HR or ER situations!
